About the role
You will design and implement the make-specific diagnostic logic that powers iCarsoft tablets — reverse-engineering ECU protocols, building bidirectional functions, and turning vehicle coverage into reliable software.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain diagnostic protocol stacks (UDS, KWP2000, J1850, CAN/CAN-FD).
- Implement active tests, adaptations, coding and service-reset routines.
- Validate coverage on real vehicles and resolve field issues.
What we look for
- Strong C/C++ and embedded systems experience.
- Familiarity with automotive bus protocols and OBD-II.
- A methodical, evidence-driven approach to reverse engineering.
