Hardware warranty
iCarsoft diagnostic tools come with a one-year hardware warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. (Software-update terms are described separately on the Software Updates page.)

Registration links your device to your account — helping you receive updates, access support and speed up any warranty service.

Open the User Info / Registration menu and follow the prompts.
Earlier models
Connect to a PC and find the register code under Help → Tool Information.

Keep your proof of purchase, and buy only from iCarsoft or an authorized distributor — warranty applies to genuine units. To start a claim, contact our support team.
