We want you to be fully satisfied with your iCarsoft product. How a return or refund is handled depends on where you purchased — directly from iCarsoft or through an authorized distributor.
Where you purchased matters
Returns for direct purchases
- New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
- Received a wrong or defective item? No restocking fee and no return-shipping charge, provided it's within the return period.
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, within a reasonable processing period.
Refused or undeliverable international orders
International orders refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may incur duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees on the return shipment. iCarsoft reserves the right to deduct these costs, along with freight charges, from the refund. Such returns are processed as standard returns, with the 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs deducted.
