We want you to be fully satisfied with your iCarsoft product. How a return or refund is handled depends on where you purchased — directly from iCarsoft or through an authorized distributor.

Where you purchased matters

Bought directly from iCarsoft
Returns and refunds are handled by our team under the terms below.
Bought from a distributor
Returns and refunds follow that distributor's policy. Contact the distributor you bought from — we're glad to help coordinate where needed.

Returns for direct purchases

Refused or undeliverable international orders

International orders refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may incur duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees on the return shipment. iCarsoft reserves the right to deduct these costs, along with freight charges, from the refund. Such returns are processed as standard returns, with the 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs deducted.
