Provide first-class technical support to professional technicians and DIYers — diagnosing tool and vehicle issues, and feeding insight back to R&D.
What you will do
- Resolve technical queries by email, phone and remote session.
- Reproduce and escalate coverage or software issues.
- Build help content and improve the support knowledge base.
What we look for
- Hands-on automotive diagnostic experience.
- Excellent communication and patience.
- European language skills are a plus.
