Not at all. AutoVIN depends on individual vehicle ECU protocols. If AutoVIN skips your car, simply use the Manual Selection mode—all diagnostic and service functions will work perfectly. Meanwhile, please send your VIN to our support team; we will verify it and add it to our database in the next software update.
Keep the ignition ON and the engine OFF. Record freeze-frame data before clearing codes. Persistent hardware faults must be physically repaired before codes will clear.

Turn Off Power-Saving: Disable any eco/battery-saving modes on the vehicle that might shut down modules during diagnosis.
